No Cost Cremation

A Dignified Farewell While Supporting Medical Research

Whole body donation through our partner, Science Care, contributes to the advancement of treatments such as cancer, Alzheimer’s disease, diabetes, ALS, multiple sclerosis, degenerative joint disease, heart disease and more. We would not have the medical advancements that we see today without the assistance of human body donation after death.

The gift of body donation eliminates the cost of the cremation and reduces the financial obligation on your loved ones during an already difficult time.

Your Donor Services Coordinator will work with you to transfer the Deceased with care to Science Care. Please call us at (805) 648-4100 to begin the process. We will ask you a few brief medical questions to confirm the Deceased's eligibility to participate in the donor program.

Completion Of Donation
Tissue is recovered for vital medical research, training, and educational programs. Cremation and returning of cremains to family within 3-5 wks following donation.

Celebration Of Donation
Upon cremation of the Deceased, the family will receive the remains in an attractive urn and a Legacy Letter highlighting how the charitable donation has supported medical research.

Memory In Nature
A tree is planted in a National Forest, in honor of the Deceased, approximately on the one year anniversary of their passing.

Science Care: AATB Accredited

Science Care is the world’s largest whole body donation program. Since the company’s inception in 2000, it has enabled tens of thousands of families to donate their loved one’s remains to medical research and discovery. Science Care works with some of the world’s most prestigious and well-respected medical schools, research hospitals and medical device companies to help support the training of physicians and surgeons and to assist with the development of new medical products, procedures, and treatments. We embrace the responsibility placed upon us by families and the medical community and maintain the industry’s highest ethical standards in all that we do.

A donation is conditional upon medical suitability criteria at the time of passing. This honors the intent of donation and safely serves the needs of the medical community. Most all will qualify.
